What's it about?
When someone collapses on the street, you call emergency services. But what if someone next to us is crying, appears apathetic, or seems desperate? What then? What to do when the soul is in distress? The scientifically based First Aid for the Soul seminar teaches interested individuals how to provide first aid in cases of psychological problems. This includes recognizing issues early, approaching people, and offering help. Participants will gain basic knowledge about mental disorders and learn and practice concrete first aid measures for psychological problems and crises. Who? For everyone aged 18 and over. What? A multi-hour seminar titled "First Aid for the Adult Soul." Where? pro mente Tirol, Kreuzbühelgasse 5, 6500 Landeck. When? Saturday, September 26, 2026, and Saturday, October 3, 2026, each from 09:00–12:30 and 14:00–17:30. Cost: €240 regular (including VAT), €65 for ÖGK-insured persons (including VAT). Thanks to funding from the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK), a special price of €65 applies for ÖGK-insured participants, subject to conditions. Instructor: Mag.a Angelika Wille.
