What's it about?

Have you ever tried pine cappuccino or pine soup? From July 15th to August 5th, our Zeigerrestaurant kitchen team offers insights into pine cuisine at Hochzeiger every Wednesday, explaining weekly in pine workshops how pine can be used in the kitchen, which ingredients it harmonizes with, and what needs to be considered. Participants can look over the shoulder during the preparation of homemade pine liqueur or even try it themselves. Have you ever tried pine soup, pine cappuccino, pine mustard, or a pine marinade for a barbecue evening? No? Of course, there will also be tastings of the served dishes on site.
