What's it about?

Three women, many men, and even more misunderstandings. A lively comedy about love, marriage, friendship, and the pitfalls of relationships. Linda, Barbara, and Christine could hardly be more different. Yet their thoughts revolve around the same big topic: men. While Linda has several of them on the hook at once, Barbara seemingly lives in a picture-perfect marriage. Christine, on the other hand, has long since left all the relationship stuff behind but still dreams of great love. When the lives of the three women suddenly get thoroughly mixed up, certainties, role models, and romantic ideals crumble. Between high heels, kilts, fancy Italian restaurants, and pre-Christmas cookie baking, the realization grows that love rarely works the way one imagines it. HONEYMOON is a pointed comedy about the magic and misunderstandings of love, about sex, marriage, friendship, and the surprising advantages of an answering machine.
