What's it about?
Appreciating diversity is living democracy! as part of Democracy Week 2026 At the Festival of Cultures, immigrants invite visitors to a culinary get-together with their country-specific food and drinks. This year, the event will be accompanied by Turkish-Alevi sounds (Saz & Mey), African drummers, and Ukrainian folk music. Cultural theme tables invite visitors to meet and talk. The "Democracy is ZumutBAR" is expanding its drink selection this year to include mocktails. Several market stalls with products from all over the world, as well as a theme-specific book table from Tyrolia Imst, invite visitors to stroll, browse, and buy.
