Klezmer Connection Trio: Klezmer Pur

What's it about?

Yiddish music between melancholy, joy of life, and chamber music intensity. Virtuosic, touching, and 'beautiful enough to make you cry.' With Klezmer Pur, the Klezmer Connection Trio dedicates itself entirely to the emotional power and timeless beauty of Yiddish music. The three Salzburg musicians Georg Winkler (clarinet), Hubert Kellerer (accordion), and Peter Aradi (double bass) combine musical sensitivity with virtuosic precision, creating a sound that is both intimate and captivating. Between exuberant joy of life, deep melancholy, and dance-like lightness, a musical interplay full of expressiveness and atmosphere unfolds. The trio masterfully transports the rich traditions of klezmer into the present—powerful, focused, and full of emotion. Clarinet, accordion, and double bass weave into a dense soundscape that touches, moves, and celebrates the moment. Chamber music finesse that goes far beyond genre boundaries. Klezmer Connection Trio Friday, November 6, 2026 Start: 8:00 PM Admission: €22 advance / €27 at the door.
