Adventure in the Mountain Collapse Labyrinth – The Secret of Tauferberg
What's it about?
The Tauferberg is one of the most mysterious landscapes in the Ötztal. Over 8000 years ago, a massive mountain collapse created a fascinating labyrinth of moss-covered rocks and natural passages here. On our hike, we discover this unique natural setting and finally reach the Hoher Stein viewpoint with an impressive view over the Ötztal. The way back leads us to the idyllically situated Jausenstation Wiesle, where we enjoy regional delicacies and let the impressions of this special tour sink in once more.
