Erwachsenenschule Scheffau - Open Yoga Class 2026
What's it about?
Open Yoga Class Yoga offers effective postures and breathing techniques that benefit the body, mind, and soul. No prior knowledge is required to participate. A varied yoga class for beginners and advanced practitioners, men and women of all ages, anyone who wants to do good for their body, mind, and soul. Course content: Yoga flows/sun salutations: mobilizing exercises/asanas in rhythm with the breath. Hatha Yoga: strengthening asanas to build strength and improve balance. Yin Yoga elements: relaxing stretches for increased flexibility. Breathing exercises/pranayama and guided relaxation/shavasana with autosuggestions/affirmations. Location: Volksschule Scheffau, also outdoors depending on weather. Start date: Tuesday, April 11, 2023, every 19:00–20:30. A summer break takes place in August. The open yoga class will continue afterwards. No yoga classes during the autumn and Christmas holidays! Cost: €15.00 per session, 10-session pass €140.00.
