What's it about?

Open Yoga Class Yoga offers effective postures and breathing techniques that benefit the body, mind, and soul. No prior knowledge is required to participate. A varied yoga class for beginners and advanced practitioners, men and women of all ages, anyone who wants to do good for their body, mind, and soul. Course content: Yoga flows/sun salutations: mobilizing exercises/asanas in rhythm with the breath. Hatha Yoga: strengthening asanas to build strength and improve balance. Yin Yoga elements: relaxing stretches for increased flexibility. Breathing exercises/pranayama and guided relaxation/shavasana with autosuggestions/affirmations. Location: Volksschule Scheffau, also outdoors depending on weather. Start date: Tuesday, April 11, 2023, every 19:00–20:30. There is a summer break in August. The open yoga class will continue afterwards. No yoga classes during the autumn and Christmas holidays! Cost: €15.00 per session, 10-session pass €140.00.
