No prior knowledge is required to participate.A varied yoga class for beginners & advanced, men & women of all ages, everyone who wants to do good for body, mind and soul.Course content:Yoga Flows/Sun Salutations: Mobilizing body exercises/asanas to the rhythm of breathing.Hatha Yoga: Strengthening asanas for strengthening and improving balance.Yin Yoga Elements: Relaxing stretches for more flexibility.Breathing exercises/Pranayama and guided final relaxation/Shavasana with autosuggestions/affirmations.
