What's it about?
Open Yoga ClassYoga offers effective body positions and breathing techniques that are good for body, mind and soul. No prior knowledge is required to participate.A varied yoga class for beginners & advanced, men & women of all ages, everyone who wants to do good for body, mind and soul.Course content:Yoga Flows/Sun Salutations: Mobilizing body exercises/asanas to the rhythm of breathing.Hatha Yoga: Strengthening asanas for strengthening and improving balance.Yin Yoga Elements: Relaxing stretches for more flexibility.Breathing exercises/Pranayama and guided final relaxation/Shavasana with autosuggestions/affirmations. Location: Scheffau Primary School, depending on the weather also outdoorsDate: from Tuesday, April 11, 2023, 7:00 PM–8:30 PM each timeThere will be a summer break in August.Afterwards, the open yoga class will continue.No yoga will take place during the autumn and Christmas holidays!
