Open Yoga ClassYoga offers effective body positions and breathing techniques that are good for body, mind and soul. No prior knowledge is required to participate.A varied yoga class forbeginners & advanced,men & women of all ages,everyone who wants to do good for body, mind and soul.Course content:Yoga flows/sun salutations: Mobilizing body exercises/asanas to the rhythm of breathing.Hatha yoga: Strengthening asanas for strengthening and improving balance.Yin yoga elements: Relaxing stretches for more flexibility.Breathing exercises/pranayama and guided final relaxation/shavasana withautosuggestions/affirmations. Location: Scheffau elementary school, outdoors depending on the weatherDate: from Tuesday, April 11, 2023, 7:00–8:30 p.m.There will be a summer break in August.Afterwards, the open yoga class will continue.No yoga will take place during the autumn and Christmas holidays!
