Yoga with Dani

What's it about?

Yoga with Dani Every Monday, a beneficial yoga class takes place at the Niederau elementary school. In summer, weather permitting, it also takes place outdoors. The course offers the opportunity to consciously escape everyday life and bring body, mind, and soul into harmony. In a pleasant atmosphere, your own balance is the focus, accompanied by mindful exercises and a relaxed evening routine. Basic knowledge is required for participation. For beginners, 3 - 4 personal lessons or an introductory course are recommended beforehand. Please bring your own yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
