What's it about?

HIKING WITH ALL SENSES Join us on a special hike above Oberau - a break for body and mind. Together we leave everyday life behind, switch off our phones and focus our attention with small impulses on the quiet, often unheard things. The silence and beauty of the surroundings provide space to breathe, perceive and recharge. It is a hike in community, and yet everyone can be completely with themselves. Afterwards, there is the option to stop for a meal together and let the experience end comfortably.
