Immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the forest, where past and future merge into the here and now. During a mindful and palpable forest walk to special power spots, you can perceive nature with all your senses. Conscious breathing strengthens your cells and has positive effects on your health. You will also get to know local wild herbs and their benefits for body and mind. Perception from head to heart. Meeting point: Itter Tourist Office, Dorfplatz 1, 6305 Itter Registration: by 4:00 PM the day before online or at the Hohe Salve region tourist offices Equipment: sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sufficient liquids, sun protection, snack Costs with Kitzbüheler Alpen Guest Card: € 5.00 per person Costs without Kitzbüheler Alpen Guest Card: € 10.00 per person Duration: approx. 2 hours Participants: min. 2 to max. 8 Note: takes place in all weather conditions Attention: no liability is assumed for the use of other hiking trails or independent return journeys during this hike
