What's it about?
Yoga is much more than just physical exercises on the mat - it is everything we do consciously. Regardless of age or fitness level. Each yoga session is different but always involves a lot of feeling, breathing exercises and simple asanas. The focus is on the needs of the participants. The fantastically beautiful view of the surrounding mountains is an added bonus! Everyone aged 12 and over can participate. Meeting point: Reception Almhotel KRAFTalm, Barmerberg 24, 6305 Itter Attention: access to the hotel is only possible with the Salvistabahn, NO car traffic allowed! Registration: by 4:00 PM the day before online or at the Hohe Salve region information offices Equipment: comfortable sportswear (yoga mats are provided) Cost with Kitzbüheler Alpen Guest Card: € 10.00 per person (excl. gondola ride up/down) Cost without Kitzbüheler Alpen Guest Card: € 20.00 per person (excl. gondola ride up/down) Duration: approx. 1.5 hours (incl. gondola ride up/down, walk to/from the yoga spot, 1 hour yoga) Participants: min. 1 to max. 10 Note: suitable for beginners
