What's it about?

Yoga is much more than just physical exercises on the mat - it is everything we do consciously. Regardless of age or fitness level. Each yoga session is designed differently but always with a lot of feeling, breathing exercises and simple asanas. The focus is on the needs of the participants. The fantastically beautiful view of the surrounding mountains is an added bonus! Everyone from 12 years old can participate. Meeting point: Reception Almhotel KRAFTalm, Barmerberg 24, 6305 Itter Attention: access to the hotel is only possible with the Salvistabahn, NO car traffic allowed! Registration: by 4:00 PM the day before online or at the information offices of the Hohe Salve region Equipment: comfortable sportswear (yoga mats are provided) Cost with Kitzbüheler Alpen Gästekarte: € 10.00 per person (excl. gondola ride up/down) Cost without Kitzbüheler Alpen Gästekarte: € 20.00 per person (excl. gondola ride up/down) Duration: approx. 1.5 hours (incl. gondola ride up/down, way to/from the yoga spot, 1 hour yoga) Participants: min. 1 to max. 10 Note: suitable for beginners
