What's it about?
Every Friday from 1:00 PM to approx. 3:00 PM, a special time-out with gentle sounds, relaxation exercises, and meditation music takes place in the Spannagelhöhle. Descend with Cornelia into the silence of the Spannagelhöhle. Schedule: gentle sounds & meditation music guided relaxation exercises space for silence, awareness & regeneration magical underground atmosphere, far from stress, noise, electrosmog, and mobile phone radiation Organizational: € 55,- per person including equipment & entrance to the Spannagelhöhle The cable car ticket for the ascent is not included in the price. limited number of participants Prerequisite for participation: NO claustrophobia!
