Sunrise over the Tuxertal

What's it about?

Early birds get the worm on the sunrise tour. We take a taxi to the Nasse Tux Alm at 1,843 m. From there, we hike leisurely to the beautiful Torsee and enjoy the sunrise. In midsummer, the shore, covered with white blooming cotton grass, makes the mountain lake a popular photo motif. On the tour, we learn more about alpine farming and the history of the Tuxertal. After magnificent shots, we hike to the Ramsjoch and to the summit of the Grüblspitze. From here, we descend to the Eggalmbahn, which comfortably brings us back down into the valley. Binoculars from Swarovski Optik and many tips for nature observation are included.
