Ultraks Zillertal - TUX070

What's it about?

50km is no longer enough for you? Then the "TUX070" route is exactly the right challenge for you. A breathtaking landscape under the rising autumn sun in the Tux Alps awaits you on this distance. Unlike the other Mayrhofen Ultraks routes, the TUX070 does not start directly in Mayrhofen but at the Hintertux Glacier Lifts car park. You will still need your headlamp for the first few kilometers to master the uphill to Frauenwand. Great views and a unique sunrise await you there. The route leads you over the Tuxerjoch and the main ridge of the Zillertal Alps towards Stoankasern to Rastkogel. Here you meet the part of the RK50 route and take on the last kilometers with a technical downhill into the center of Mayrhofen, where the spectators are already waiting for you.
