A snowy Advent evening high up on the mountain On December 20, 2026, the Bergadvent Alpbachtal takes place around the mountain station of the Wiedersbergerhornbahn. From 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, the area around the mountain station transforms into a deeply snow-covered, fairy-tale Advent world high above the valley. On the longest night of the year, you can enjoy a romantic winter atmosphere at 1,850 meters above sea level with Tyrolean Advent music and contemplative mood for young and old – easily accessible with the Wiedersbergerhornbahn. Between crackling fire pits and snowy peaks, wise men, carolers, an elementary school class from Alpbach, horn players, and a folk music group provide Christmas sounds at various locations.
