Hermenegild Hamerl, former landlord of the "Rautter" hotel in Matrei i.O., first had a bridle path built and then a hut at the pass from Matrei i.O. to Kals a.G. Thus, in August 1876, the Kals-Matreier-Törl Haus was opened.The history of this hut, as well as associated people, its surroundings, much from past daily hut life, as well as some "special" guests and more, are the content of this special anniversary exhibition.Admission free!
