THU 10.09., 8 PM, Schwaz | SZentrum, Silbersaal OPENING CONCERT 2026 The 2026 festival begins with a radical change of perspective: In Robin Hoffmann's silent piece "Œhr", listening itself becomes the protagonist, physically condensed by dancer Edivaldo Ernesto. From this silence, new soundscapes emerge: In Georges Aperghis' "Die Wände haben Ohren" (The Walls Have Ears), the SZentrum becomes a resonant body of memory. "A Sutured World" by composer Liza Lim has the violoncello, like a needle, sew up the cracks of the present - vulnerable, resistant, and quiet. The festival motto "Love is Louder" begins this evening not with loudness, but with the decision to make our time radically audible.
