Törggelen is the convivial gathering in autumn – with young wine, freshly roasted chestnuts, and hearty Tyrolean delicacies – a warm occasion to celebrate the flavors of the Alpine autumn together. Selected wines and fine brandies Menu: - Shüttelbrot (crisp flatbread) in a basket with spreads - Tyrolean barley soup - South Tyrolean Tris with spinach dumplings - Kassnocken (cheese dumplings) & Schlutzkrapfen (Tyrolean pasta pockets) - Roasted suckling pig with sauerkraut & napkin dumplings - A round of schnapps on the house - Bauernkiachl (farmer’s pancakes) - Chestnuts & nuts Menu price: €46.00 per person. Vegetarian alternative: Vegetarian barley soup & pumpkin dumplings (only on pre-order!) Reservations online immediately: Please specify Törggelen and possibly vegetarian options.
