The Hasegg Castle was built to protect the saltworks, the Inn Bridge, and trade routes. In 1567, the Hall Mint was relocated to the castle. As early as 1486, the Guldiner, a large silver coin and precursor of the Taler, was minted in Hall. Today, this significant history is brought to life at the Münze Hall Museum. Historical coins and a replica of an impressive rolling minting machine provide insights into early coin production. Meeting point: Tourism Office Hall in Tirol, Unterer Stadtplatz 19
