Young farmer Johanna Strasser from Absam shows us how bread was baked centuries ago: freshly ground grains are combined with natural yeast and flavorful spices to bake fragrant farm bread. The still warm bread tastes fantastic! With real butter and a refreshing drink, it's enjoyable. As the saying goes, love goes through the stomach!
