What's it about?
"Mama Needs Music" brings top-class music to the stage at a time that finally allows mothers access to concerts again. With this, Kathi Kallauch, who is not only an artist and mother but also has been organizing the successful concert series "Live im 25" for 10 years, wants to give women visibility and show that art, self-care, and family do not have to be mutually exclusive, but can together result in a strong and empowering form of culture. The afternoons in the bakery's café are intended to be a safe space and cultural experience for everyone who appreciates live music in daylight and wants to discover exciting Austrian female musicians. This time featuring: LENA SCHAUR Lena Schaur is one of Austria's most exciting new voices. The young Tyrolean singer-songwriter combines soul, pop, and blues into a modern, emotional sound with international flair. With her distinctive voice, she conveys both strength and vulnerability. FLICKENTANZ Daniela Flickentanz combines poetry-pop with heartfelt themes. The Viennese singer-songwriter has been releasing German-language songs since 2017 that get under your skin – because they come from there. Even with difficult topics, there always remains a yes to life.
