Klangspuren 2026 - So That We May Be Transformed
What's it about?
FRI 18.09., 8 PM, Innsbruck | Tiroler Landestheater, Kammerspiele SO THAT WE MAY BE TRANSFORMED The composers and musicians Zara Ali and Corie Rose Soumah dedicate this evening to the power of transformation. From reading Marlen Haushofer's novel "The Wall", Corie Rose Soumah developed her string quartet "We, to be so transformed", in which grief transforms into comfort and growth energy. In addition, Zara Ali opens four very different sound spaces: "Red City" lets voices of the Neue Vocalsolisten Stuttgart shimmer through the room as an electronic trace, "thermo_doxa" links heat and dogma, "Passing Fragrance, Hidden Veil" reacts to a painting by Abdur Rahman Chughtai, and "Circular scrape" transforms the sound of a circling coin into an electronic miniature drama.
