SAT 12.09., 8 PM, Innsbruck | Haus der Musik AUSSCHWEIFEN In "Ausschweifen", composer Georg Friedrich Haas once again breaks out \u2013 from tonality, from euphony, and from the limits of what an ensemble can achieve. The one-hour work spans a symbolic triangle of three sound worlds: floating overtones in search of transcendence, dense microtonal clusters, archaic, ecstatic and physical, as well as a late-Romantic tonality in quarter tones, inspired by Richard Heinrich Stein. These worlds do not seek balance; they collide, evade, return \u2013 a sound intensity beyond mere decibels.
