Klettersteig Experience for Families with Children

What's it about?

FAMILY TIP Rock climbing on a short, valley-based via ferrata (climbing route with fixed safety cables) and under the supervision of a professional mountain guide. Each guided tour is only for one family with a maximum of 6 people (adults and children). Duration approximately 2 hours. The tour can only be conducted in good weather and subject to the availability of the mountain guide. Alternative dates are also possible by individual arrangement. Options include an easy via ferrata suitable for absolute beginners and small children (Gams Kitz Klettersteig), an easy to moderately difficult via ferrata for beginners (Zahme Gams Klettersteig), or a more challenging via ferrata for advanced climbers (Weiße Gams Klettersteig) — see links below. With a bit of courage and joy in natural movement, this climbing experience is fun for everyone in the family. Suitable for families with children from about 5 years old. Important safety equipment (climbing harness, protective helmet, carabiners, and protective gloves) is provided free of charge on site.
