Bio-farmer Andrea Rieder is not only a herbal expert but also an enthusiastic cook and has published a cookbook on 'Pinzgauer Cuisine'. Wood-fired bread rolls & Mues - Pinzgauer cuisine is versatile, so get involved! Andrea will show us how to prepare these authentic Pinzgauer recipes. The rustic 'Bauernhäusl' (farmhouse) is ideal for cooking, 'hoagaschtn' (local dialect for chatting) and tasting the dishes together! Meeting point: 9:30 AM at the Bauernhäusl in Königsleiten, behind Hotel Königsleiten. (Duration approx. 3 hours) Registration: by Thursday 4:00 PM at the tourism office, Tel. +43 6565 8243.
