Alpine Herb Sensory Experience in Brandberg

What's it about?

At the beginning of the tour, we visit the historic Mitterstall, which houses the exhibition "Cultural Landscape Worlds". The tour then leads through a varied forest to the "almkräuterei", where we enjoy a welcome drink. After a short introductory round, in which individual needs are assessed, we stroll with the alpine herbalist into the Laberger "Alm-Kräuter-Garten" (Alpine Herb Garden). We combine botany with medicine and culinary arts by teaching individual processing methods and the correct handling of teas, tinctures, spices, or food and room fumigations. The focus on the individuality of the participants is essential.
