Guided Hike: The Power of Water in the Kaprun Valley

What's it about?

The Kaprun high-mountain reservoirs at over 2,000 meters above sea level are a masterpiece of high-alpine energy generation and an impressive excursion destination. The hike leads over the dam and along the Mooserboden. Ambitious hikers can climb the 2,108-meter-high Höhenburg. Down into the valley, the route goes via the herb educational trail to the Fürthermoaralm. The return to the valley is by bus and inclined lift to the starting point.
