THE AWAKENING

What's it about?

Dear snowboarding community, The winter season is just around the corner, and we warmly invite you to join us in kicking off an unforgettable winter experience! On November 8, 2025, it will be time again: grab your boards and head to Kitzsteinhorn – let's enjoy the first snow together and have a day full of action. After the successful first Awakening event last year, we are now very excited for the second edition: The Awakening at the historic Burg Kaprun, presented by elooa and Nitro Snowboards. This year, you can expect snowboarding icons like Marcus Kleveland and numerous international Nitro Snowboard pros who will be present live. Additionally, there will be exciting program items such as the Oxbow film "When I Grow Up" by Matthieu Crepel, as well as a Volcom Kosovo Trip Movie. Marcus Kleveland will present his brand-new film project. The program will conclude with the premiere of the latest Nitro Snowboards film "Spike" before we enjoy a cozy evening.
