Long nights, little light, fog, cold – all of this creates in us a need for protection from ... - yes, from what actually? What beings try to cling to us and what happens if they succeed? Is this perhaps the reason for fatigue, depression, or general listlessness? And what does the solution look like? What options do we have to emerge strengthened from this time? The goal is to perceive the death process of winter as a transformation and to start the new year full of energy.
