Have you always wanted to try ice swimming? Now is the perfect time! In our taster workshop, our certified cold trainers will show you step by step how to safely enter the cold water, because "coolness" can actually be learned! Dates: Course 1: Friday, 06 November 2026, 9:30-11:30 AM Course 2: Friday, 06 November 2026, 1:00-3:00 PM Course 3: Friday, 13 November 2026, 9:30-11:30 AM Course 4: Friday, 13 November 2026, 1:00-3:00 PM Cost per course: €52.00 (No admission to the thermal spa required) What to expect: Introduction to breathing techniques and mental training, step-by-step guidance into the cold water, supervision by our certified cold trainers Tip: Ice swimming is not suitable for people with heart, circulatory, or vascular problems!
