Morning Yoga

What's it about?

Attention all Flachau guests - included with the Flachau Summer Card! For the perfect start to the day, we meet for a joint yoga session directly at Hermann-Maier-Platz in Flachau. Depending on the weather, it will be decided whether we practice in the festival hall or outdoors in nature. Through the combination of various breathing techniques, flowing physical exercises (asanas) and relaxing meditation, we prepare ourselves physically and mentally for an adventurous day in the mountains. The session is led by Helga Eschbacher. Helga has been a certified sports teacher since 1988 and practices her profession with great passion. After countless training courses, she is also a Shiatsu practitioner (Japanese pressure point treatment) and has been a certified yoga teacher (InsideYoga) for 8 years.
