What's it about?

Course description In this workshop, we will look together at what smoking (smudging) generally is, what is needed for it, and the different ways we can smoke. We will discuss when smoking can be done, how individual smudges differ from each other, and what effects herbs and resins have during smoking. With the knowledge gained, each participant can put together their own, completely individual smudging mixture and, of course, take it home.
