Workshop: Herbs and Nutzpflanzen (Edible Plants) Wraps and Poultices

What's it about?

Course description Wraps and poultices have been used since time immemorial and can activate the body's self-healing powers. Wraps and poultices are a simple but very effective way to support our well-being. Especially children, but also older people respond very positively to these applications. In this workshop, we will introduce you to different application methods and the effects of various herbs and edible plants (e.g., hay flowers, yarrow, potatoes, quark, flaxseeds, etc.). The various herbal wraps and compresses can be tried out by the participants themselves.
