What's it about?

The guided hike to Tauernkarleitenalm (1,650 m) in the Radstädter Tauern is popular among nature lovers. Bettina Sandtner accompanies you on the tour, which starts in Zauchensee and offers great views of the surrounding mountain panorama along the way. At the rustic alpine hut, herdsman Michi serves regional delicacies – with a bit of luck, also the famous "Radstädter Kas," a sour cheese traditionally eaten with butter and homemade bread. Afterwards, the return goes back to Zauchensee.
