Advent Concert in Altenmarkt

What's it about?

Get into the holiday spirit, perhaps best achieved with artistic companions who enchant with wonderful winter and Christmas music as well as contemplative and cheerful texts. On Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at the Parish Church of Altenmarkt, they will enchant audiences for an evening. Mantas Gacevicius, a Lithuanian baritone who has already delighted audiences at numerous opera houses around the world, and the Brazilian soprano Juliana Kreling, perhaps one of the most beautiful classical voices of our time, will perform together in duets as well as solo, presenting international classical arias and well-known hits from musicals. Sophie Aichner, Annalena Fidelis, and Daniel Fussek, long-standing ensemble members of the Salzburg Festival and Theater Children's Choir, represent the youth on this evening. Sophie Aichner is an exceptional talent at the piano, while Annalena Fidelis and Daniel Fussek have already performed at the Salzburg Festival, Easter Festival, and other prominent venues.
