One Hundred Things Twice Ryan Gander's One Hundred Things Twice presents itself as an inventory of possible realities: things that can be rethought again and again. Developed for the Salzburg Kunstverein's annual program CAPTCHA Realism, the exhibition unfolds through pairs, echoes, near-matches, and subtle shifts. Classical logic teaches us that everything either is or is not. A body is either here or there. A statement is either true or false. But Ryan Gander's practice has long been dedicated to precisely those moments when this certainty falters. His works often play with the brief moment before a meaning solidifies. They ask what happens when a thing cannot be exhausted by a single description.
