What's it about?

In Hac Vinent's three-channel video installation Hard Persistence, the body does not end with the skin. It extends to screens, signals, and other bodies; it is captured, transmitted, fragmented, and reassembled. Faces drift through shiny, flesh-like environments reminiscent of connective tissue, but do not solidify into a stable anatomy. The resulting landscape achieves the intimacy of flesh, yet this flesh is already entangled with technological systems.
