What's it about?

In summer, many great highlights await you in Werfenweng, such as guided hikes with our Waltraud — free of charge for holiday guests in Werfenweng. The hike begins on a flat trail to the IKARUS cable car. From there, it goes to the summit cross of Bischlinghöhe at 1834 meters above sea level. The route continues on a circular trail to Ladenberg, a natural jewel with rare plants and herbs. Afterwards, there is a stop at the alpine pasture with good delicacies, then it’s a walk back to Bischlinghöhe and with the IKARUS cable car back down to the valley. Duration approx. 4.5 hours.
