For over 50 years, "Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella" has been one of the most important traditions of the Christmas season. Millions of people associate the film with their fondest memories of winter days. The musical brings this magic back to life: from sparkling snow landscapes to the magnificent castle and the glittering ball where Cinderella and the Prince find each other in a touching way. The Music: Cult Meets Musical Magic. Karel Svoboda's iconic title melody – a true goosebump moment for generations – forms the musical foundation of the show. It is complemented by fresh, emotional compositions by Thomas Zaufke (The Wonderful Journey of Nils Holgersson, Grimm! and winner of the German Musical Theatre Award). Together, they create a musical experience that perfectly combines nostalgia and novelty and is guaranteed to put the audience in the Christmas spirit. A Fairy Tale That Touches. After her father's death, Cinderella lives with her strict stepmother, who, unlike her sister Dora, makes her work as a maid. Nevertheless, she dreams of freedom and adventures. One day, her path leads into the snowy forest, where she meets the Prince – a snowball, a laugh, a glance. When the Prince invites her to the ball, her stepmother forbids her to attend. Thanks to three magical hazelnuts, Cinderella manages to secretly attend the royal ball. During the dance, the Prince has eyes only for her, but as the clock strikes midnight, Cinderella loses a shoe on the stairs. A moment that will change her destiny forever. Presale has begun – the magic awaits! Show duration: approx. 2:15 hours including one intermission. Language: Songs and dialogues in German.
