What's it about?

The Night of 1000 Lights is an evening celebration of All Saints' Day. On the evening of October 31, thousands of lights will shine in many parishes, as in this year also in the Parish Church of Puch: they aim to prepare us for the All Saints' Day festival. Churches, chapels, special places, paths, labyrinths - many different projects invite visitors to immerse themselves in a special atmosphere. The Night of 1000 Lights is an initiative by young people for young people. It is intended to give young people the opportunity to experience church differently and see it in a special light. The Night of 1000 Lights is a project of the Catholic Youth of the Diocese of Innsbruck, which is also carried out in many other dioceses across Austria – and now beyond the borders of the country.
