The Freindalwirtschoft Summa Edition goes into its second round! Freindalwirtschoft is the culinary experience on Lake Wolfgang for connoisseurs. What began as a culinary passion project by star chef Joss Schöndorfer - inspired by his time under the legendary chef Dieter Koschina in Portugal - has long since developed into a fixed highlight of the region. After the huge success last year, we're stepping it up this summer: On August 23, 2026, it will be MUCH BIGGER, MUCH HOTTER around the grounds of Gasthof Wiesenhof. The area around the Wiesenhof will be transformed into a culinary playground with various food and drink stations and chillout lounges. The Summa Edition 2.0 uncompromisingly combines awesome culinary delights with a cool food festival style.
