Herbal Wreath Gathering with Iwona Alm Edition in July In July, the herbal wreath gathering takes us up to the Alm. While the summer heat becomes noticeable down in the valley, we enjoy the pleasant coolness of the Alm, the clear mountain air, and the special flora of the alpine meadows. Together with Iwona, a certified herbal educator and mushroom consultant, we embark on a journey of discovery. We look closely, smell, feel, collect, and get to know herbs and plants that grow at this altitude. Iwona shares her knowledge in a natural and understandable way. Ancient herbal knowledge combines with new insights and becomes directly experienceable. The focus is on simple everyday application. Iwona shows how herbs can be used meaningfully and how small natural products can be created from the collected treasures. These can, of course, be taken home.
