
"Alpine Specialties!" Course info: A day of vacation at the lake is coming to an end, the evening sun bathes the mountains in warm light, and slowly the question arises: What's for dinner tonight? In this cooking course, you will get to know some of the most famous dishes of the Alpine region and gain insights into the stories and traditions behind them. Together we will cook typical specialties, as they have been prepared for generations in the Alpine regions. We start with a cold Pustertal apple soup, which is particularly appealing on warm summer days. Afterwards, we will prepare fried Pinzgau cheese dumplings with a small salad, cranberries, and pumpkin seed oil. We continue with South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen, whose artisanal production is still cultivated today.
