Autumn Herb Walk In the rhythm of the seasons, the earth blesses us once again in autumn with wild fruits, seeds, and roots: Autumn fruits contain many vitamins and bitter substances and are therefore a true blessing for our bodies. Many seeds and roots are also powerful packages that optimally prepare us for winter. What awaits us: - On this herb walk, we will get to know and taste wild fruits, dig up roots, and harvest seeds. - In practical work, we will make bitter drops and a "soul-soothing tincture." - To conclude, there will be a small tasting and an herbal drink. The material costs, including script and food costs, are already included in the course fee. Important: The herb walk will take place even in rainy weather; in that case, we will gather in the herb hut!
