Smudging with local herbs Smudging connects us with our roots. It is a return to the holistic nature of human existence – to body, mind, and soul. One smudges for gratitude and blessing, for energetic cleansing of house and home, for harmonization, in case of illness or letting-go processes; in all life situations, one experiences support from the treasures of nature and from the angels and spiritual beings of heaven. This evening, we will rediscover and smudge widely available local herbs. It is not the rare plant species, but what grows on our doorstep that is exactly what we need. Nature selflessly provides it to us. We only need the willingness and to be open to the earthly and heavenly gifts. Finally, we will prepare a smudge mixture and tie a smudge bundle.
